YES, IF FOR ANY REASON WE CAN NOT PROVIDE SERVICE IN THE VEHICLE ON THE CONTRACT (I.E. MECHANICAL FAILURE, COLLISION) YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED OF OUR SUBSTITUTION VEHICLE, WHICH YOU MAY REFUSE AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, MAKING THE CONTRACT VOID.
How much money is needed to make a deposit?
WE REQUIRE A 20% DEPOSIT TO SECURE A VEHICLE.
What is your cancellation policy?
THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 48 HOURS FROM WHEN THE RESERVATION WAS MADE.
Can I change/downsize the vehicle on my contract?
YES, BUT THE DEPOSIT FOR THE VEHICLE ON THE CONTRACT WILL BE FORFEITED, AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
How is overtime billed?
OVERTIME IS BILLED IN HALF HOUR INCREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT RATE PLUS GRATUITY.
Do additional stops for pictures or other reasons cost extra?
NO, THE VEHICLE CAN MAKE AS MANY STOPS AS NEEDED WITHIN THE RENTAL TIMEFRAME.
What form of payment can I use?
THE FINAL PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CASH, CASHIERS CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD, AS LONG AS THE CARD HOLDER IS PRESENT TO SIGN.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
YES, ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH COOLER SPACE AND ICE, SO YOU CAN BRING ANYTHING YOU’D LIKE.
